Hey everyone!!
It has been some time, thought I would let you know I'm still alive lol. I've logged in quite a few times on maple for a short time. But I have to say I still don't really have time to play, I'm just checking in from time to time to see what's going on and have a chat.
College is going great, in fact, I've got an offer to follow a special course that only takes half a year. But that also means I will have to work twice as hard, meaning I would have even less time, lol. ;__; And I'm not sure if I would have time after the 6 (almost 5) months, because I'll be setting foot on internship gaining work experience in my branche (also half a year). Time will tell I guess!
On a sidenote, I've got myself a new tablet *sparkle* (for the fellow tablet owners, I got a Wacom Bamboo Touch & Pen) It's so awesome! *w* I've owned a tablet before, but it wasn't pressure sensitive so drawings looked kinda dull.. But with different thickness in my drawings the pictures come much more alive, in my opinion.=P In my little spare time I've had in the past few weeks I've been playing Heavy Rain on PS3. The story is great! So, I've been trying out my tablet drawing a pic of Heavy Rain:
Why, blue? Well, I'm kinda used to sketching in that color as a designer. We call it 'non repro blue' and use it for the first sketch.
I usually leave it that way, finishing can look nice but I like sketches better to be honest. I don't know why. xO
Well, that's it.. An update on my absence. I better go back to work, got a lot of deadlines to catch next week! ;__;
