A guild name list?

There are new members applying all the time, and ofc that's a good thing. We stopped the recruitment ones a few months ago, to strengthen the bond within our guild and a shortage of slots. So after talking to our newest addition, Bamselort2 ( i dont even remember his name, *winkwink* ). I find the need to tell you guys about the idea of a list of names, where we can see all the [ign - irl names] of our members. (this will be on the forum)

As there are new ppl joining ít might be a good idea to do this. Older members don't have an easy task, getting to know those new recruited members. And with this many ppl in a guild it's even harder for those new members to fit in.
Communication within the guild improves by talking to eachother personally i think. And i also think most of us like being called by our irl name more than just the ingame one.

give me some feedback on this, also i don't want to force people giving there irl information, which is also understandable.
And i can't do this by myself, and i'm sorry if my English sucked on this one > i typed it in a hurry.

Make a list on your post (Thread starter) and keep update it ^^

think that is enough ^^

Edit: I'll see if I can make a own section for it or something ^^
