Cant re-install maple.. :S Help Help pls

Lets cut the hi evry crap and get started.
I wanted to re-install maple on my pc bcuz it wouldent start up if i clicked it.
when i removed it and wanted to re-install it it woulden't let me download it! ea time i clikc on Download maple i get a weird error saying;
C:Documents and settings/admin/local settings/temporary internet files/content.IE5/BJZANFPX/MSE_Downloader[1].exe is not a valid win32 application
What to do what to do Help pls

use that mirror, it should work fine. try to delete the MSE_Downloader[1].exe

i did but it wouldent download =( i get Setup[1].zip- WinRAR (evaluation copy) what to do next?:O
